A Busy Family

My name is Ana and I have a busy family. Every day we all do different things.

In the morning, my husband does not do very much before work — he is always in a hurry! He just makes a quick coffee and leaves. I do the breakfast for the children and then I do the school run.

During the day, I do a lot of things at home. On Mondays I do the big weekly shopping. On Tuesdays I do the cleaning. On Wednesdays I do an English course at the local school — I love it! On Thursdays I do the ironing and on Fridays I do the washing.

My children, Maria and Ion, are good at helping. Maria does her homework as soon as she comes home from school. Ion does the washing up after dinner every evening. They both do their best to help around the house.

At the weekend, my husband does more. On Saturday he does the garden. On Sunday we do nothing special — we relax and spend time together as a family. Doing nothing is sometimes the best thing!
